Cancellation Policy

Please read my cancellation policy carefully... Stag Parlour requires a credit card to hold all appointments. Your card information is securely stored and is ONLY charged in the event of a late cancel or no show. 
Why is this?
Because any cancellations less than 12 hours prior to the service drastically impair the ability to re-book your time slot. Most appointments are booked anywhere from 3-30 days in advance and when you book, your time is held just for you. 

I value my time and the time of all of my clients. When you are significantly late or do not show up for your service, you affect the quality of service, the quality of service for my following appointments, my reputation, and my ability to continue making a living doing what I love. Therefore, I will not make any exceptions to this policy. If your schedule regularly changes or affects your ability to keep appointments, please don't hesitate to contact me at 832.919.0339 within the week of your preferred date to see if we can get you in. If I have a spot...I will be more than happy to book you!

The Policy
Any cancellation less than 12 hours in advance of appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. 
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, I may not be able to accommodate you and you may be charged a cancellation fee. If you are running late please call or text me as soon as possible so I can try my best to accommodate you.
